START LIVING YOUR FREAKIN’ LIFE!

After people work with me they will be inspired and equipped to move forward in their career and lives, release ridiculous expectations and reclaim their identity because I will show them how to incorporate the science of happiness and well-being into their everyday lives.

Hey! I’m Salina.

I am a speaker, Positive Psychology Practitioner and Coach, and co-host of the Live Your Freakin’ Life podcast. I help people reignite the fire within so that they can actually live their freakin’ lives by showing them how to incorporate the science of happiness and well-being into their everyday lives.

Over the years I have been through my share of ups and downs and have found myself frustrated, disillusioned, and wandering through my day to day with no real purpose other than just to get through it. I wasn’t really living, I was surviving. What I discovered is that by incorporating some key elements of Positive Psychology into my day to day living and changing my thinking I could begin to reclaim my sense of identity and purpose and start actually living my freakin’ life! Now, it’s my greatest privilege in life to get to share what I’ve learned to help you start living your freakin’ life too.

fun things to know about me:

  • My husband and I have been together since we were teenagers and thank God every day that there was no social media back then.

  • We have three dogs because we have lost our damn minds.

  • One of my ribs is stashed somewhere in my house. I had to have it surgically removed a bunch of years ago and when asked if we wanted to keep it (I said no) my husband emphatically said yes as some kind of Adam-in-the-Garden-of-Eden-full-circle moment. I can’t make this up.

  • I’m hoping I didn’t lose you on that last one.

  • I was on the Rachael Ray show back in 2014. Yep. If you want to do a little laughing and a lot of cringing watching me swap beauty routines with a woman who takes a more minimal approach to hair and makeup (which I so do NOT) feel free to check it out here. I’ve only watched it once.
